What we do

Packages out the door, every day of the week

Metropolis Logistics LLC is an independently owned delivery company contracted as an Amazon Delivery Service Partner. Our drivers load at the HNY8 station in Elmsford, New York and deliver residential and commercial packages throughout the surrounding New York and New Jersey communities.

We employ our delivery associates directly as W-2 employees. Every driver is trained on Amazon's safety and delivery standards before their first route, and we run daily stand-ups, vehicle inspections, and route support from the station.

Delivery operations

Daily residential and commercial routes dispatched from Elmsford, seven days a week.

Fleet and safety

Branded delivery vans with pre-trip and post-trip inspections on every route.

Hiring

We hire delivery associates and helpers on an ongoing basis. Open roles are posted on Indeed. To ask about a position, email HR@Metropolisnynj.com.

Text message program

How we text our employees

Metropolis Logistics LLC sends text messages to its own employees about their work. We use text messages to tell a delivery associate when a timekeeping record needs a correction, to confirm that a correction was accepted, and to answer questions the employee sends back about it. We also send operational notices such as schedule and dispatch changes.

Who receives these messages

Current employees of Metropolis Logistics LLC only. This program is not open to the general public, and we do not text customers, applicants, or purchased lists.

How employees consent

Employees give written consent at hire by signing the acknowledgment to our employee handbook, which contains our Consent to Automated Calls and Text Messages Policy. Employees provide their own mobile number to the company. Consent to receive automated calls and texts is not a condition of employment. There is no public web form or keyword sign-up for this program.

Frequency, cost, and stopping messages

  • Message frequency varies with your schedule and payroll activity.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts.
  • Reply HELP for help, or email HR@Metropolisnynj.com.
  • You may also revoke consent at any time by emailing your manager, supervisor, or HR@Metropolisnynj.com and saying you want to stop receiving automated calls or texts.

We do not sell or rent employee mobile numbers. No mobile information collected through this program is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging consent is never shared with any third party. Numbers are shared only with the messaging vendor that delivers the messages on our behalf.
